Falcon CNC LLC takes great pride in producing the highest quality parts that conform to our rigorous AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
Falcon CNC LLC also allows all of our customers as well as any regulatory authority to be permitted access to our facility and all applicable records involved with any particular order. (US Citizenship is required)
Our commitment to robust documentation and effective quality systems is complemented by our investment in metrology technology.
Our combination of in-house CMM inspection machines with pressure sensitive heads, optical measurement machines, skilled staff, and completely tooled inspection room means that not only can we produce high quality parts, but we can quantify it in detail as well.
We’ve listened to the needs of our customers to maintain and follow a robust quality control system throughout our production process to ensure our parts are in compliance with demanding specifications.

We understand the necessity of traceability and lot control across demanding industries such as aerospace, and provide robust documentation and supporting evidence, including:
- Certificate of Conformances
- Raw Material / Mill reports, including secondary verification such as XRF
- Test / Inspection Reports, including in-process inspection
- Special Process Certifications
- Tagged First Article Inspections
- Special Process Control through customer approved sources
- Internal Process Control, including flow-down of customer requirements and Government source inspections (GSIs)
- Record Control and Retention
We proudly help serve the armed forces of the United States and its allies and maintain the appropriate critical defense registrations, included:
- International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) registered
- System for Awards Management (SAM) registered
- D-U-N-S & Government iUpdate registered
- Cage Code registered
We also conform to quality levels specified by Military procurement and workmanship standards, including MIL-I-45208A for inspecting and MIL-C-45662A for calibration requirements.
